Frankie Valli – James Yank

James is very excited to welcome you to The Sherry Dolls as the creative director, having conceived the idea last year to build and create his very own Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons tribute act. James has performed previously as Franki Valli on another UK tour production. James has been singing from an early age and has performed in many productions including Footloose, Oliver, Legally Blonde, We Will Rock You, Wedding Singer, The Wiz, Merrily we Roll Along, The Drowsey Chaperone and Avenue Q to name but a few. It was during these musicals when James had the pleasure of meeting his fellow band members. He had the great task of hand picking talented singers to create The Sherry Dolls and he could not be more excited for the journey ahead with these talented chaps. See you out there Sherry Baby!
Tommy Devito – Carl Giacone

Carl first started singing/acting in his late teens but soon realised it was his passion to go forward with a career in musical theatre. Carl then went on to graduate at Mountview academy Theatre arts where he developed his singing/acting/dancing skills and since then performed in various musicals such as, The Producers, Spring Awakening, Our House, New musical ‘Yusupov’ and Drowsy Chaperone. Drowsy chaperone was when he then went on to meet James to where the beginnings of the sherry dolls first came about. Carl is thrilled to be apart of Sherry Dolls and looks forward to sharing the stage with the boys, James, John & Dan.
Bob Gaudio – John Smit

John has sung from a very early age, starting out in church choirs when he was only 10 years old. Since then he’s gone on to front a local band and perform in various musical theatre shows. He met James when they were both cast in the Wedding Singer with Rickmansworth Players and the rest, as they say, is history. As a huge fan of close harmony music, John has always loved Frankie Valli’s repertoire of catchy tunes and slick harmonies. The Sherry Dolls has given him the opportunity to sing them on stage alongside three other excellent singers, what more could you wish for?
Nick Massi – Dan Matalon

Dan grew up listening to the great sounds of the 50s, 60s and 70s, and his love for the music of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons started early. Sometime in his mid-twenties Dan was lucky enough to see Frankie perform at the Royal Albert Hall.
Dan started singing in bands with high school friends, and later, at university, his soulful tones entertained crowds at bars and restaurants.
He first met James in 2013, performing together in a production of The Wiz later that year. Fierce friends ever since, James and Dan first collaborated as bandmates in 2017 as members of the same function band, prior to the formation of The Sherry Dolls. Dan is thrilled to be performing the incredible music of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons together with James, Carl and John.
